About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Digital presence management:
i. Work on content strategies for LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
ii. Engage with business leaders.
iii. Share LeadToRev's success stories.
iv. Work on pre/post-event engagements.
v. Manage WhatsApp prospects.
2. Calendar management:
i. Schedule and prioritize meetings.
ii. Coordinate meeting details.
3. Coordination & training:
i. Liaise with digital transformation consultants.
ii. Facilitate team communication.
iii. Train digital transformation interns.
iv. Organize webinars and workshops.
4. Networking & events:
i. Attend networking events in Pune.

Who can apply

6. Must be a resident in the office vicinity.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue generated through his/her leads).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Trial signups, consultations, bookings, and signups.
2. LinkedIn and WhatsApp engagement metrics.
3. Intern training satisfaction and attendance.
4. Growth of business network.
5. Meetings scheduled and accepted.

Incentives will be based on KPIs.
