1. Provide end-to-end customer support
2. Support the instructors during the drone operations and up-keeping of related log books
3. Prepare and update training documentation and inventory stock
4. Take inquiry calls and share course details
5. Collect all the applicable forms to enroll a candidate for training
6. Coordinate with candidates and finance for fees collection
7. Coordinate with candidates and the KYC team for KYC check
8. Maintain & update all the relevant log books pertaining to drone training as per regulation (including but not limited to the pilot logbook, instructor logbook, authorization book, RPA book, and battery logbook)
9. Coordinate with the planning/scheduling team for drone courses
10. Keep all the drone batteries charged prior to and during the practical training
11. Coordinate, arrange, and support practical training in the field
12. Support on drone courseware updating as per the syllabus
13. Work on trainee dossier management
14. Work on upkeeping all the forms and templates
15. Support in preparing/updating the courseware, process documents, etc.
16. Work on documentation management (raising requests, follow-up, monitoring and forwarding of invoices, Excel sheets, dashboards)
17. Ensure good status of inventory, spares, equipment, and related log books
