About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Processing and managing customer orders received through the website, WhatsApp, and other channels.
2. Updating and maintaining accurate inventory records for online platforms.
3. Addressing customer inquiries and complaints related to orders, shipping, and product quality via email, WhatsApp, or calls.
4. Liaising with logistics partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Shipmozo) to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipment-related issues such as lost, delayed, or RTO (return to origin) shipments.
5. Reviewing and updating product prices regularly to ensure accuracy and avoid losses due to incorrect pricing.
6. Maintaining detailed records of refunds, returns, losses (e.g., logistics costs, RTO charges), and other expenses in an organized format.
7. Assisting in uploading product listings, descriptions, and images on the website and other marketplaces.
8. Preparing regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer feedback.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and logistics processes.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking and analysis.
5. Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi).
6. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
