Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing customer queries across different online sales channels
2. Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about product features, pricing and availability.
3. Working with internal departments to meet customers' needs whenever dealing with complicated situations
4. Helping resolve product returns, responding to shipping inquiries and answering order status questions.
5. Identifying, analyzing, and categorizing customer reviews and providing feedback to internal teams
6. Keeping track of product listing condition (ranking, text content, images, reviews) across sales channels
7. Ensuring product content across different sales channels are accurate
8. Handling the website's LiveChat and providing support to customers
