About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Following up with stores on open orders for omnichannel and preparing a daily and weekly report on TAT and order fulfillment %
2. Ensuring that customer returns are closed on time by stores & defectives and fake returns are reported
3. Making sure that the customer complaints raised are closed on time
4. Listing new stores are across omnichannel
5. Reporting daily and weekly TATs on order fulfillment
6. Filling rates and reasons for rejections by the store
