About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Search for new sellers and onboard them onto the marketplace platform.
2. List products on the marketplace platform.
3. Support sellers in updating product shipping information and tracking details.
4. Assist in operations management by handling customer tickets, tracking orders, and updating order statuses.

Other requirements

1. Excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and motivation to succeed.

2. Proficiency in computer tasks such as searching for information, downloading files and images, using WhatsApp on a computer, and organizing files.

3. Basic image editing skills, including cropping and resizing images.

4. Mid-level Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, Xlookup, and handling CSV files.

5. Knowledge of eCommerce product listings is advantageous.

6. Proficiency in spoken Hindi and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
