About the internship
1. Website Management:
Assisting in uploading, editing, and updating product listings.
Ensuring product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and consistent.
Monitoring website functionality and flagging any issues for resolution.
Analyzing performance metrics of marketing campaigns.
3. Inventory and Order Management:
Coordinating with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are accurate on the e-commerce platform.
Assisting with order processing and tracking shipments.
Helping resolve customer inquiries about orders.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Providing insights into new opportunities for product offerings or promotions.
Gathering and organizing customer feedback.
5. Customer Support:
Assisting with responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels.
Handling complaints and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
6. Content Creation:
Writing product descriptions, blog posts, or promotional content.
Assisting in creating multimedia content like banners, videos, and infographics for the e-commerce site.
