E-Commerce Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. E-Commerce platform management: Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms, such as Meesho, Flipkart, and Amazon. Manage product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images, while ensuring the website is user-friendly, functional, and visually appealing.
2. Performance analysis: Track and analyze website traffic, sales data, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.
3. Digital marketing: Develop and implement online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
4. Customer experience: Monitor and improve the customer journey from browsing to checkout and post-purchase. Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction.
5. Inventory and logistics: Coordinate with inventory management to ensure stock levels are maintained. Collaborate with logistics teams to manage order fulfillment and shipping processes efficiently.
