About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Track inventory levels and ensure accurate product listings.
2. Coordinate with suppliers to restock and manage stock levels.
3. Update the website with out-of-stock or new items.
4. Oversee the order processing system, including packaging and shipping.
5. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
6. Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
7. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, or phone.
8. Monitor customer reviews and feedback, and address issues promptly.
9. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
10. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid ads.
11. Manage discounts, sales, and promotional offers on the website.
12. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
13. Optimize product pages and content for search engines.
14. Manage content updates, including blog posts, guides, and videos.
15. Collaborate with content creators to maintain brand voice and quality.
16. Monitor daily financial transactions and reconcile payments.
17. Manage budgets for marketing, inventory, and operations.
