About the internship

selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage end-to-end shipment operations using Shiprocket as a third-party tool
2. Handle order fulfillment and end-to-end order processing flow on daily basis for e-commerce operations
3. Follow-up with courier partners and customers
4. Handle order processing, tracking orders, generating manifests & dispatch labels
5. Maintain proper co-ordination with courier partners
6. Ensure timely shipments & packing of the orders
7. Maintain strong line of follow up with customer to achieve maximum delivery
