About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the sales performance of the e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce, etc)
2. Generating invoices, shipping labels and packaging orders
3. Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
4. Managing shipping management tools (Shiprocket, etc)
5. Creating listings on e-commerce marketplaces
