As an E-commerce Operations intern at OATEY, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Your knowledge of MS-Excel, negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, CRM, and operations will be put to the test as you assist in optimizing our e-commerce operations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing and updating product listings on our e-commerce platforms.
2. Help in analyzing data and creating reports using MS-Excel to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
3. Participate in negotiations with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of products.
4. Work with the CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
6. Support in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels.
7. Take on ad-hoc projects as needed to contribute to the overall success of the e-commerce operations.
