About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Be the Key accounts manager and assist our team in managing the operations, sales, and customer service for the e-commerce vertical of one of our clients (a reputed brand)
2. Engaging with customers and generating sales revenue via WhatsApp, calls, emails, social media platforms & chat engine
3. Developing a good rapport with the customers and ensuring great customer service
4. Tracking the orders to fulfillment by acting as an interface between the customer & the store
5. Creating and setting up operational process and procedure
