About the internship

TryBuy.in is seeking a dynamic E-commerce Operations intern with basic knowledge of Excel, business management, forward & return management. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Inventory management: Assisting with tracking inventory levels, processing orders, and ensuring that stock is replenished as needed.
2. Data entry and analysis: Inputting data into systems, maintaining accurate records, and analyzing sales data to identify trends.
3. Customer support: Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media, and resolving issues related to orders or returns.
4. Order processing: Assisting with order fulfillment, including packaging, shipping, and ensuring timely delivery.
5. Website maintenance: Helping update product listings, pricing, and promotions on the eCommerce platform.
6. Marketing support: Assisting in executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media promotions.
7. Reporting: Generating reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
8. Research: Conducting market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential product offerings.
9. Collaboration: Working closely with various teams, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
10. Process improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and suggesting enhancements.
