As an e-commerce Operations intern at Sica Jewellery, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing the daily operations of our online store. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers and driving sales growth.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in managing product listings and inventory on our e-commerce platform
2. Assisting in order management and Inventory management, daily accounting entries in Excel
3. Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
4. Assisting in fulfilling orders and coordinating shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery
5. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas for improving the online shopping experience
