E-commerce Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Achieving revenue and GMV targets for the city.
2. Building a roadmap towards CM2 profitability.
3. Establishing and expanding a healthy supplier network, especially with tire, battery, and alloy wheel dealers, and scaling to other categories as per the business plan.
4. Managing daily and monthly operational activities, including debtors, cash, purchases, and stock reconciliations.
5. Managing the customer lead funnel to maximize conversion rates.
6. Running day-to-day city operations, focusing on people and resource management.
7. Optimizing order routing and increasing asset utilization.
8. Managing and training crew and teleagents for smooth operations.
9. Ensuring availability of resources and managing customer queries for better conversion.
10. Planning inventory offtake to maintain a 10-day inventory limit.
11. Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure just-in-time sourcing.
12. Maximizing van capacity utilization for operational efficiency.
