We are looking for a dedicated operations manager to join our team and help maintain our standards of excellence.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Customer communication:
i. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via WhatsApp and email promptly and professionally.
ii. Provide detailed information about products, order status, shipping, and return policies.
iii. Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
2. Order and Return management:
i. Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery.
ii. Manage the return and exchange process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
iii. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order dispatches and returns processing.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
4. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Willingness to travel to the warehouse once a week.
