Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating and implementing e-commerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth
2. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize product listings and content on our website
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion
4. Help manage social media accounts and engage with customers to increase brand awareness
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions
6. Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the purchasing journey

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (8% of per closure).
