E-Commerce Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients, including retailers and distributors.
2. Introduce and promote our range of kids wear products, highlighting key features and benefits.
3. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
4. Identify client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
7. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries and orders.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the garment or kids wear industry.
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
