About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing customer queries from the website orders
2. Working on processing refunds, exchanges, and special customer requests for website orders
3. Working on logistics platforms for timely delivery of orders, address verification, NDR, etc.
4. Updating customers with replies via company's email, WhatsApp, call, and social media handles
5. Working on the record-keeping of updates in MS Excel and updating the system when needed
