About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy for the marketplace, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
2. Overseeing all aspects of performance marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and advertising on platforms like Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Flipkart Ads, Purplle Ads, Quick Commerce Ads, and other relevant marketplaces
3. Collaborating with internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging to ensure alignment with overall business goals
4. Managing and optimizing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets
5. Leveraging data analytics and market insights to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
2. FMCG / Beauty personal care experience
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
