About the internship
The Council for American Education is the pioneer in professional student counseling. Our mission is to democratize higher education by giving students affordable access to the preparation and information they need to break the barriers to studying anywhere across the globe. We are committed to creating customized courses and programs that comply with each individual student's needs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets, responding to emails, clarifying student queries, etc.
2. Making calls to prospective students to provide information and follow up on inquiries.
3. Supporting our counseling team at various stages, like filling out applications, following up with the students, and conducting research on universities.
4. Creating innovative strategies for customer relationship management, our website, and social media handles.
5. Helping the team organize informational seminars and workshops for prospective students.
6. Support the team in daily tasks and special projects as needed.

Other requirements
1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in any field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
