Educational Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage inbound and outbound calls, undertake consultative admissions selling, and achieve the admissions target every intake.
2. Assist, participate in, and undertake promotional activities planned by Krit School of Sports Management. Participate in all online and offline events.
3. Coordinate the processing of all student applications, from form submission to outcome, ensuring timely treatment of applications in line with the standards set by the management institute.
4. Offer high-quality admissions counseling services to all applicants at all stages of the application and admission process. Liaise with applicants and their families/guardians to guide them through the entire application process.
5. Manage student data to ensure compliance with the data protection act and oversee the information system (CRM) as per Krit School of Sports Management's processes.
6. Liaise with other team members and academics to ensure prompt and thorough academic consideration of each applicant.
7. Apply a good understanding of sales processes and analytical skills to interpret data, enhancing planning and marketing efforts.
