Governance and Technology Internship

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with government officials, NGOs, and stakeholders to gain insights into challenges
2. Conduct field visits and interviews as required
3. Build a thorough understanding of existing systems, policies, and processes
4. Clearly define problem statements and set actionable objectives
5. Identify key issues in areas such as human trafficking and narcotics control
6. Conduct sectoral and root cause analysis, including stakeholder, system, and policy evaluations
7. Map existing processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies
8. Gather qualitative and quantitative data through field visits, interviews, and desk research
9. Analyze patterns and trends to uncover root causes of societal challenges
10. Develop innovative, tech-driven solutions tailored to address identified problems
11. Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with governance priorities
12. Coordinate with internal teams to align on technology capabilities
13. Foster partnerships with key stakeholders for a holistic problem-solving approach
14. Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
15. Document insights and outcomes for review by senior leadership
16. Design frameworks to measure the impact and success of proposed interventions
17. Develop a detailed landscape analysis report identifying key challenges and opportunities
18. Define problem statements with actionable solutions
19. Provide strategic recommendations for implementing tech-driven governance interventions
20. Document insights to inform policy and decision-making
