Other requirements

Technical Knowledge:

a. Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB).

b. An understanding of electrical principles, circuit theory, and power distribution.

Analytical Skills:

a. Strong problem-solving abilities.

b. Ability to analyze complex systems and data

Communication Skills

a. Effective verbal and written communication.

b. Possess the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management:

a. Experience managing projects and teams.

b. Strong organizational and planning skills.

Education and Certification:

a. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.

b. A Professional Engineer (PE) license may be required or preferred.

Experience:

a. Relevant work experience or freshmen in electrical engineering are welcome.

b. Familiarity with industry standards and practices.
