Electronics Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and/or review electronic circuits with discrete components like resistors, diodes, transistors, SCRs, etc.
2. Design and/or review schematics with the help of ICs like microcontrollers, voltage regulators, RF controllers, etc.
3. Understand the important aspects of the component from the datasheet viz. DC characteristics, PIN diagram, Landing pattern, etc.
4. Select the right components for the circuit from component suppliers like Mouser. Digikey etc.

Requirements:

1. Basic testing and debugging skills for electronic circuits
2. Preferable but not must
3. Knowledge of Schematic design and PCB layout design fundamentals
4. Knowledge of schematic design tools like KICAD, Altera, etc.
5. Soldering of TH and SMD components
6. Knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly flow/process

Tools:

1. KICAD, ALTERA, or any other PCB design tools
2. Use of multimeter, Digital Storage Oscilloscope, etc.
