1. Must have a strong academic record, preferably scoring more than 80% in Class X, Class XII, and BTech
2. Hands-on experience in soldering PCBs
3. Capable of managing tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment
4. A positive attitude and a strong focus on achieving objectives and delivering quality outcomes
5. Must possess good communication skills
6. Proficiency in speaking Telugu is required
