About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via emails in a timely and professional manner
2. Provide accurate information about parts, pricing, and company policies
3. Maintain a customer-first attitude to build trust and satisfaction throughout interactions
4. Keep customers informed about their order status, including any delays or changes
5. Communicate updates proactively to prevent misunderstandings and manage expectations effectively
6. Act as a bridge between the customer and sales team, ensuring smooth email communication and helping drive sales processes
7. Identify potential opportunities for cross-selling and upselling with customers to maximize sales potential and meet business targets
8. Enter vendor quotes, customer quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders into the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation for smooth operations and reporting
9. Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, including queries, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups
10. Escalate complex issues to senior management or relevant departments when necessary to provide comprehensive support
