About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design, develop and test the digital hardware subsystems of wireless products
2. Create schematics design, BOM and provide input to the PCB CAD layout team
3. Work on the board bring-up, DVT and work with contract manufacturers for proto and production builds
4. Work closely with test labs for EMI/EMC, compliance, and regulatory testing
5. Work both independently and as a team-oriented manner

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Must have hardware board design knowledge in 32-bit microcontroller and processor

2. Must have knowledge in FPGA design

3. Must have knowledge of mixed signal interfaces - analog and wireless interfaces like Wifi, BLE

4. Must have memory designs of EEPROM, eMMC, NOR/NAND, DDR3/DDR4 and LPDDR3/LPDDR4

5. Must have hands-on experience in interfaces like I2C, SPI, UART, RS422, RS485, LVDS, USB, MIPI, and Ethernet (RGMII, MII, SGMII)

6. Must have experience in power supply design (LDO, DC/DC)

7. Must have design high-speed boards by following EMI/EMC guidelines for high quality and high reliability

8. Mus thave knowledge of DFT, DFM, and DFA aspects

9. Must have strong experience in OrCAD Allegro, Allegro PCB viewer, or Altium

10. Must have experience in design simulation tools like LT spice and Hyper lynx

11. Must be able to perform thermal analysis and power budget estimation

12. Must be able to perform lab device operations like regulated power supply, multimeter, oscilloscope, and signal generator

13. Mus thave excellent communication skills (oral and written)
