Employee Engagement (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with teams for organizing training programs, including IT/admin, participants, etc.
2. Blocking calendars of employees for various L&D and engagement initiatives and sending out e-mails to the target employees
3. Creating Google Forms for surveys, feedback, assessments, and quizzes based on the data provided
4. Compiling data on employee feedback and assisting in the creation of reports
5. Assisting in designing presentations on PowerPoint/Google Slides based on the data provided for the same
6. Assisting in the execution of tasks related to cultural enhancement, such as shooting employee videos, following up with the video-editing team, organizing in-house movie screenings, games, and gatherings, etc.
7. Assisting in the organizing and execution of employee get-togethers and festive celebrations
8. Coordinating with the finance/legal team for vendor registrations, contracting, payments, etc.
