Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Shape Workplace Culture: Design and execute initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment, boosting employee satisfaction and productivity.
2. Be the Voice of Employees: Act as a bridge between employees and leadership, gathering insights and ensuring employee perspectives shape company strategies.
3. Design Memorable Journeys: Enhance key employee touchpoints, from onboarding to professional development, creating seamless and impactful experiences.
4. Innovate Engagement: Develop creative strategies for team-building, recognition, and employee well-being programs that align with organizational goals.
5. Empower Growth: Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to implement purpose-driven policies that support individual and organizational growth.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 21st Nov'24 and 26th Dec'24
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Kolkata
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
2. 1-2 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or workplace culture initiatives is an advantage.
3. Familiarity with modern HR practices, tools, and employee engagement strategies.
4. Passion for building meaningful and inclusive workplace environments.
5. Preference for candidates who've either completed or will be completing their course by early next year, with potential for full-time absorption.
