About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with the founder(s) and contribute to key strategic initiatives within the organization
2. Create precise 2D and 3D models based on sketches, specifications, or instructions from architects, engineers, or project managers
3. Update or modify existing CAD models and drawings to reflect design changes or updates
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with technical requirements
5. Interpret and analyze technical documents, including blueprints, schematics, and manuals
6. Ensure designs meet safety standards, industry regulations, and project requirements
7. Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of designs, drawings, and project documentation
8. Communicate with manufacturers or vendors to ensure that the designs meet material specifications and production requirements
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in CAD software: Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Revit, or similar software
2. Technical knowledge: Understanding of engineering, architectural, or manufacturing principles

Other requirements
1. A bachelors degree in engineering or exposure to the manufacturing industry
2. A full-time MBA or relevant experience in operations management and people management
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure
7. Adaptability and a willingness to learn and take on diverse responsibilities
