The primary role is to ensure the uptime of the QM system specifically station software deployed in the field.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Proactively updating and deploying software updates, through remote connection or onsite visit as required
2. Reactively addressing alerts that require configuration or software services changes
3. Collaboratively working with hardware teams to troubleshoot issues both during production and after field deployment
4. Assisting with testing of new stations being produced with software setup, software integration, and certifying station functionality

3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Well versed in basics of computer hardware, networking, and Ubuntu Linux, shell scripting
2. Programming skills are a plus
3. Willingness to learn tools, interfaces, and proprietary systems and apply the same to troubleshoot issues is essential
4. Problem-solving, quality mind-set, and collaborative attitude is a must
