About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Delivering engaging and effective English language lessons to college students, focusing on improving language skills and academic performance.
2. Collaborating in designing and updating the curriculum to align with students' educational needs and objectives.
3. Evaluating and monitoring students' progress through assessments, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to aid their development.
4. Offering academic support and personalized guidance to students, addressing individual learning needs and challenges.
5. Providing regular constructive feedback to students and tracking their performance to ensure continuous improvement.
6. Engaging in ongoing professional development, including participating in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and other training opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Chennai, Coimbatore, Karur, Nagapattinam, Thanjavur, Thiruvarur, Tiruppur, Mayiladuthurai, Nilgiris, Tiruchirappalli and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) with a focus on English or a related field is required.

2. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

3. Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.

4. Ability to design and deliver effective and engaging lesson plans.

5. Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse student groups.

7. Free Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions will be provided to enhance training skills.
