About the internship

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build Leads Pipeline: Conduct outbound calls, emails & LinkedIn messages with potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
2. Pitch & Take Feedback: Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products and services to prospective customers, and take their feedback.
3. Engage: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through consistent follow-up and engagement.
4. Target: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
5. Learn CRM: Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
6. Build Relationships: Build relationships with prospective clients, address client inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.

Other requirements

1. Communication: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

2. Education: Currently in the final year of undergrad or in post-grad. Students pursuing a Master's in Business, Marketing, or sales is a plus.

3. Grit: Passionate about sales, and ability to stay motivated during rejection.

4. Prior Experience: Prior internship experience in sales or using CRM software is a plus.

5. Location: This is an in-office internship, if you are from Bangalore, it's a plus
