The Entrepreneur in residence (EIR) Iintern program is crafted for ambitious individuals who are eager to immerse themselves in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, executing high-priority projects, and learning the nuances of launching and scaling a venture. This internship provides exposure to the fast-paced startup environment and equips you with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in entrepreneurship.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and evaluate emerging market trends, competitor landscapes, and potential growth areas.
2. Assist in crafting strategic business plans and go-to-market strategies for innovative ideas.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development, operations, and execution of key projects.
4. Support fundraising activities, including creating investor pitch decks and financial models.
5. Create comprehensive reports, insights, and data-driven recommendations for leadership.
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas, solve problems, and build innovative solutions.
7. Design and deliver impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
8. Engage with startup founders, mentors, and industry experts to expand the network and explore collaborative opportunities.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and business development.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate ideas and insights.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Chatgpt, etc etc.
5. Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
6. Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.
7. Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
8. Exceptional organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
