English Carrot is seeking a passionate and dynamic ESL trainer/spoken English and PD trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language training to students in schools as well as providing professional development (PD) training to teachers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the English language learning outcomes of students across cities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and deliver engaging and interactive ESL training sessions to students in schools
2. Implement English Carrot's curriculum effectively to meet the diverse needs of students
3. Conduct assessments to evaluate students' English language proficiency and track their progress
4. Provide constructive feedback and support to students to facilitate their language learning journey
5. Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to align training objectives with school curriculum and goals
6. Design and deliver professional development (PD) workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their teaching methodologies and English language skills
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ESL teaching and incorporate them into training programs
8. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance

1. A bachelor's degree in English, education, linguistics, or a related field. A master's degree is also preferred.
2. TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
3. Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably in a school setting.
4. Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and methodologies.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
7. Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
8. Experience in designing and delivering professional development training for educators is a plus.
9. Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning purposes.
