Event Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Interns will be involved in planning the event right from the start based on the client's requirements.
2.Make presentations based on the mandates that the company receives.
3.Learn vendor negotiations and coordination. Oversee the activities that are happening and make sure the event runs smoothly.
4. Report to the Director of Events at the end of the day and send performance reports on a weekly basis.
5. Research on successful venues and dates in various cities
6. Cold calling and gathering vendor data
7. Marketing the events on social media and other online sources
8. Sponsorship for Events
9. Finding new Clientelle
10. Taking Appointments and meeting clients
