About the internship

Job Title: Events Management Internship
Location: Chennai (Onsite)
Duration: 3 months

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the planning and coordination of event details such as venue, seating, dining, and guest management
2. Support the event team in vendor negotiations and liaise with suppliers for event needs
3. Help manage event setups, breakdowns, and follow-ups
4. Participate in client meetings and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
5. Maintain event documentation and databases for efficient operation and reporting
6. Provide administrative support to the event management team as needed

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduating with a degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, business, or a related field.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

5. Basic knowledge of event management software and tools is a plus.

6. Preference for confident and dynamic individuals.

7. The candidate should own personal laptops.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per events).
