About the internship

As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and events while honing your skills in English proficiency (spoken and written), MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-PowerPoint.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of events, from brainstorming ideas to coordinating logistics
2. Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure a smooth event experience
3. Create and maintain event timelines, budgets, and guest lists using MS-Excel
4. Prepare presentations and proposals using MS-PowerPoint
5. Assist in onsite event management, including set-up, registration, and troubleshooting
6. Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and gather feedback
7. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative ideas and strategies for future events
