Event Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in coordinating event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and entertainment
2. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials
3. Create and manage event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule
4. Prepare event materials, such as signage, badges, and promotional materials
5. Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and guest assistance
6. Assist in post-event evaluations and feedback collection to improve future events
7. Support the Event Manager in all aspects of event planning and execution
