About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event operations.
- Support the event manager in logistical arrangements such as transportation, accommodation, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Help in creating and distributing event materials, including invitations, programs, and promotional items.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues.
- Monitor and track event budgets and expenses.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
- Assist with post-event evaluation, including gathering feedback and compiling reports.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining event records.
