Event Management Internship

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the planning and organization of events, including logistics, scheduling, and venue arrangements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Help manage event setup, including d cor, audio-visual equipment, and seating arrangements.
- Support the creation of event materials such as invitations, programs, and promotional content.
- Monitor event timelines and assist in resolving any issues that arise during events.
- Conduct research on industry trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist with post-event tasks including debriefs, feedback collection, and report generation.

**Qualifications:**

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of event management software.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
