Event Management Internship

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Events Interns to assist in the planning and execution of approximately 100 sports events over a six-month period. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, working closely with our Events Manager and gaining insights into community engagement and public service.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Event Strategy and Execution: Including timelines, logistics, coordination, operations, and resource allocation.
2. Team Management: Work with the Event Manager and fellow interns to contribute ideas in team meetings and ensure successful execution.
3. Promotion Strategies: Build relationships with society members, distribute promo materials, and execute strategies to maximize event participation.
