About the internship
As an Event Coordinator Intern, you will assist in the planning and execution of live music events and gigs, handling key logistical and operational responsibilities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in coordinating live music events and gigs.
2. Liaise with artists, venues, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
3. Oversee event setup, sound checks, and artist performances.
4. Ensure the artist, venue, and schedule are adhered to during the event.
5. Quickly handle and resolve any on-site issues.
6. Coordinate with technical teams for lighting, sound, and stage arrangements.
7. Conduct post-event follow-ups and report on the event's success.
