Event Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in event setup and on-ground execution
2. Supporting logistics, including vendor coordination and inventory management
3. Engaging with kids from different age groups and backgrounds with patience and excitement
4. Generating workshop ideas to grow the community in various segments such as schools, societies, birthdays, etc.
5. Coordinating with senior team members for event requirements
6. Providing post-event documentation, reports, and insights
7. Engaging with clients to understand their requirements
8. Assisting in responding to client queries and preparing presentations
9. Maintaining records of client communications and follow-ups
10. Helping in lead generation, outreach, and CRM data entry
11. Generating leads by identifying the right companies or locations and pitching them models for workshops
12. Conducting post-event feedback collection and analysis
13. Using relevant social media skills to promote the community
