About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of MICE events including meetings, conferences, and incentive programs
2. Provide logistical support such as booking venues, arranging transportation, catering, and accommodation
3. Help with event registration, attendee management, and communication with vendors and suppliers
4. Support the team in preparing event materials and presentations
5. Assist with post-event analysis and feedback collection to improve future events
6. Maintain event-related databases and documentation
7. Participate in on-site event management and coordination

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Strong interest in MICE operations and event management

3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills

4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

5. Prior experience in event management or internships is a plus, but not required
