Event Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assist the Project Manager during the event.
Coordinate with the venue coordinator, vendors, photographers and other stakeholders.
Manage all event set-up, decor, logistics etc. prior to the event
Welcoming and ensuring proper hospitality of the guests.
Conduct event day inspections for checking the decor, lighting, food and AV equipments.
Assisting the AV team during the event for the audio visuals to be played at sync according to
the agenda.
Managing the social media handles of the event.
Coordinate with media houses for news features of the event.
Be thorough with the event agenda to ensure everything adheres as per planned.
Any other task assigned
