Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and executing corporate events, product launches, and promotional activities.
2. Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of events.
3. Create and maintain event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans.
4. Assist in managing event registration, guest lists, and RSVPs.
5. Prepare presentations and reports using MS-Office and MS-PowerPoint.
6. Assist in post-event evaluations and analysis to measure event success.
7. Provide general administrative support to the event management team.
