Event Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of event logistics, including venue setup, audio-visual equipment, lighting, and staging.
2. Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of event services.
3. Support the production team in preparing event timelines, production schedules, and run-of-show documentation.
4. Assist with on-site event setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth event execution.
5. Help manage event inventory, including equipment, props, and supplies, ensuring everything is accounted for before and after the event.
6. Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clear understanding of event requirements and expectations.
7. Assist with crowd management, registration, and guest experience during live events.
8. Participate in team meetings and provide creative input on event concepts and design.
9. Document production processes, lessons learned, and post-event reports to improve future events.

Additional skills (referred but not required):

1. Prior experience in event production or a similar role.
2. Basic knowledge of event production equipment, such as sound systems, lighting, and staging.
3. Understanding of health and safety protocols for live events.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
